Returns & Refunds

To start a return, email us at support@donumideas.com within 15 days of receiving your item. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.


How It Works:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Please Note:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We do not provide return labels, and returns must reach us successfully for inspection.

For Incorrect or Defective Items:

  3. Photos of the problem (if possible)

We’ll resolve the issue promptly and cover shipping costs for replacements or refunds.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
